Accepting These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet on cu99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause in this document. These terms form a binding agreement between you and cu99. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Continued use of cu99 after any update to these terms counts as fresh acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page when you receive a notification of changes.

Who Can Register

cu99 is open to players who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are not a cu99 employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any of the above.
• You have not previously had a cu99 account closed for rule violations.

Your cu99 Account

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold exactly one cu99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether on the same device, the same mobile number, the same bKash/Nagad wallet, or the same IP address — are not permitted. If duplicates are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number at registration. cu99 uses this information to verify your identity before your first withdrawal. Using false details to open an account is grounds for immediate closure.

Keeping Your Login Safe

You are responsible for keeping your password private. cu99 staff will never ask for your password by chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support at [email protected].

Deposits & Payments

cu99 accepts deposits through the following channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any transfer costs incurred.

Withdrawals & KYC

Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,100 per transaction. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳2,50,000. These limits apply across all payment methods combined.

Processing Time

Approved withdrawals typically reach your mobile wallet or bank account within 14 minutes. The first withdrawal from a new account may take up to 2 hours while KYC is reviewed.

KYC Verification

cu99 requires identity verification before your first withdrawal. Submit one of the following documents through your account dashboard:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Our team reviews KYC submissions within 6 hours. Once approved, future withdrawals process automatically without further document checks, unless our risk team flags an unusual transaction.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 175% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳450. Bonus funds carry a 6× wagering requirement and must be used within 7 days of being credited.

Reload & Cashback

Existing players can claim a 28% reload bonus on subsequent deposits. A daily cashback of 1.2% is applied automatically to net losses from the previous day. Cashback is credited as withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend who successfully registers, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying deposit. You receive ৳325 once their first qualifying deposit clears. The referred friend must be a genuinely new player — not an existing account holder using a different number.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one active bonus at a time per account.
• Bonuses apply to real-money bets only; free demo play does not count toward wagering.
• cu99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if we detect coordinated low-risk betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Promotional terms may be updated. The version published at the time of opt-in governs that specific promotion.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

cu99 hosts games supplied by licensed providers including Evolution, Ezugi, JILI, CQ9, FA Chai, KA Gaming, and Habanero. Each game's rules, minimum bet, maximum bet, and RTP are displayed in the game lobby. The provider's certified RNG (random number generator) determines all outcomes. cu99 does not and cannot alter game results.

If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round result will be settled according to the game server's last recorded state. Contact support with the round ID if you believe a settlement is incorrect.

Bets placed during a technical outage or following a clearly displayed error (such as an incorrect odds value) may be voided at cu99's discretion.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through multi-accounting or coordinated play.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC.
• Engaging in any activity that cu99 reasonably considers to be money laundering or fraud.

Limitation of Responsibility

cu99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

cu99 is not liable for losses arising from: internet outages on your side, device failure, actions of third-party payment processors, or events outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to any single player in any calendar month is capped at the net deposits made by that player during the same month.

Suspension & Closure

cu99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice if we detect a breach of these terms. In cases of fraud or money laundering, balances will be held pending investigation and may be passed to relevant authorities.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. If a bonus is still active, the bonus portion of the balance will be forfeited.

Updates to These Terms

cu99 may revise these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice in the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect 7 days after the notice, unless the change is required urgently by law or a licensing obligation, in which case it takes effect immediately.

If you disagree with an update, you should stop using cu99 and request account closure before the effective date.
